Feel the Love

Yesterday our cousins arrived for a visit from Colorado.  HOORAY FOR COUSINS!!!  The downside of it is that Carter is the ONLY ONE that has to leave the fun to go to school.  Needless to say, he was feeling pretty bummed this morning that he had to get ready for school and "miss out on all the fun".  But it was Valentine's Day, we tried to reassure him, and it was going to be such a fun day at school...and we hoped for the best.

While packing his lunch this morning, all the cousins, Aunt Janae and Uncle Enoch, and all of us family members secretively snuck a valentine into his lunch box.

So at the end of the day, Carter was BEAMING!  He was so happy about those valentines!  And I love what he wrote on this Valentine's Day Craft:

"I feel as loved as my Paper Jamz guitar with the songs "Dynomite" and "Tonight's gonna be a good night".  Such a good comparison because he does LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE that guitar!
