We've been semi-out-of-town since Thursday. Semi-out-of-town, because we've been up at my parents house while my sister and her family have been visiting. SO FUN! We've been driving back home for only important things like school, birthday parties, and church meetings. Obviously not long enough to even open our fridge.
Would have been helpful. Because today, as I came home from our fun semi-trip, I found our freezer and fridge are broken. Everything's melted. Oh so sad.
Oh yes, and we also discovered that while we were gone the wind completely broke the glass of our storm door off. Broke the chain and everything. And I now have to repaint my front door because that whole scenario somehow scratched the paint. And our neighbors rounded up our garbage can and recycling bins that had blown throughout the neighborhood. Nice neighbors. What a weekend to be gone!

Wow. Big storm? We went out of town for a week and the Young Men toilet papered our house. Only we had no idea. When we hadn't cleaned it up after 3 days, our neighbors started wondering if we were dead in our house and called me. Then they cleaned it up for us. :)
Oh no!
Oh how sad! Yet how wonderful to have such great neighbors! Sorry for you to come home to those issues!
